A Haunted Place - Drukgyal Dzong
the upper part of the Paro District of Bhutan. This dzong was burnt down and the remains are of historical significance.
It is a deserted monastery for years now after it was destroyed in fire in the 1950s. It looked more like a haunted place to me, perfect for shooting horror movies.
Our driver told us it was a walk about 15 minutes up the hill to the main entrance of the monastery.
We started our walk. There was a giant prayer wheel at the foot of the hill.
The wind was blowing extremely fast. There was a feeling that someone is behind us. But we kept on walking.
Finally we reached at the main gate of the monastery.
The burnt windows, broken walls and the mysterious darkness inside gave us feeling as if something evil was waiting inside.
I don't believe in Ghosts but i believe in some super power and this place surely has an immense energy (whether good or bad) linked to it.
