Trend - The newest Fine Dine in Ansal

Recently visited Ansal Plaza and was excited for this new restaurant which offers a really unique culinary journey. They Staff, chef and the management are all very friendly as well as professional. The service is excellent, staff is very well trained, and the food is simply marvelous. The chef himself is very much involved with each of the tables, so as to deliver as per everyone's needs. The entrance itself was quite appealing and "trendy".

Coming to the food, I firstly tried a Crispy Aloo Chaat. It was their version of Aloo Chat. The best thing I liked about this dish were the airy aloo fries. You can never get such chips in aloo chat in any other restaurant.

Chicken Tikka Trilogy is another excellent dish which is offered here. It had 3 different tikka chicken. Chicken tikka was similar to the usual one, but had a special and unique touch to it. Truffle Malai Tikka was excellent. Chicken Sarson Tikka was marvelous too. Each of these were served with fondue. Must try!

Tarbooz-Feta Salad was great too. They use some liquid nitrogen in this salad, which also contains compressed watermelon. The texture of each ingredient was amazing. Use of molecular gastronomy is quite trending these days...I was happy to see it here as well. :)

Meanwhile I also tried a Falooda 2.0 mocktail. It was a really different drink, which many restaurants don't even serve as mocktail. All the ingredients gave a great thick consistency to this drink. I loved the Falooda in it too. Later on, I also tried Dorinku - it mainly had mango and matcha tea, with a blend of yakult. It was served with cream on the top. I really loved both these drinks.

In Main Course, I tried 7 Grain Khichdi. It had different grains and pulses. Really loved it. One can have such khichdi every single day here. It was pleasant in taste, and I especially liked the fried Karela chips. Never knew such things can taste so well! They surely have perfected their art.


I even had their Sinature Butter Chicken, with Chur Chur Nan. Use of Kasuri methi scented tomato sauce and the presentation of Chicken in this dish was the best! I must point out, that the Chur Chur Nan has been the BEST nan I have had in many months! Do not miss these dishes! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Overall, I had a superb experience here. I can't point out a single flaw. Infact the songs that were being played are the ones I used to listen to around 10-15 years back. It was really pleasant to listen to them, and enjoy such a great meal. Must try this place.

Nukkadwala

  Nukkadwala is a famous spot for serving authentic Indian Street Food. Their menu has a lot of variety of snacks. The restaurant respects their choice by offering a variety of options in Street Food and Fast Food, which people will never get bored of. The place also holds a great ambiance and is an instant attraction among youngsters and family. They have good interiors, and the service is also quite good. The food is fresh and good to taste. Staff was helpful and polite. I started with adrak ki chai and paneer pakora. Chai was flavorful with great aroma of ginger. Chicken and egg rolls were another super items from this place. Xpose Lounge is the perfect place for people to enjoy the nightlife with friends. One of an amazing place located in NSP, it is a great place to party. This place offers a nice and vibrant ambiance along with an extensive menu which serves a variety of delicious North Indian and Chinese dishes. For starters first of all I tried Dahi Ke Kebab and they were perfect. Veg spring rolls were also crispy and spicy. In non veg. i tried their Beijing chicken, it was deep fried chicken with roasted peanuts and chilly. Xpose potli was something different, it was filo wrapped chicken bunch served with black bean sauce. We ordered lahsooni dal tadka, Murg tikka makhanwala with assorted breads. Exotic vegetables...were summer vegetables with pesto sauce, serve with herb rice. This is definitely a must visit place. Recommended!
