Sardi Waala Chaayos ;)

Chaayos is one of my favourite places to spend time and enjoy some good food.
Excellent menu and the best place to have a lovely tea that can be made according to your wish. 12 different add ons in the tea like ginger, fennel, cardamom, etc just love it. It's the only place I know that does it. They also serve great sandwiches which is a bonus!

Chaayos aims to serve a great cup of tea with a twist...or 12,000, as its owners claim that a simple cup of tea here can be customised in 12,000 different ways.

Chaayos also has a range of green teas, with God's Chai, made of kangra masala, leading the pack. The natural sweetness of the spices gives this chai a pleasant and rounded flavour.

The most interesting chais, however, would have to be the Aampapad Chai and the Gur Wali Chai (Winters special !!).

Located in the central food court in Unitech Infospace Campus, this Chaayos outlet is one of the best possible spots in the area if you are a Chai lover. I recently visited this place by taking out some time from my office hours. It was a bit crowded but I managed to quickly find a seat. Not only that, I was surprised that the service was VERY fast as compared to the number of people and orders the staff was handling. Impressive.

Coming to the food, I tried Chicken Keema Loaded Open Parantha. This was more like a Pizza which was served with loads of toppings and cheese. It was loaded with cheese and chicken chunks. Loved it. Recommended.

Next, I tried their Paneer Bhurji Bun. It was a delight indeed. There was a immense lot of Paneer bhurji, on two buns. The buns were light and soft, and the toppings made it a heavy dish. This dish is from their limited Winter menu curated specially for this season. Must try this dish before the summers arrive. ;)

Obviously, I also tried their Gur Wali Chai, which is their winter's special. It is a must have tea!! Infact I had 2 cups of it! The flavor of Gur, that too in a tea served in a large sized Kulhad - is something which can not be described, but only be experienced!

Lastly, I tried their newest moist Chocolate cake. It was a filled chocolate muffin which tasted great and had loads of choco fluid inside. The chocolatey fluid inside was thick and gave a great texture to the entire cake.

Excellent experience overall.
